Đ ức Giê-hô-va phán: Như cái đai dính vào lưng người, thì ta khiến cả nhà Y-sơ-ra-ên và cả nhà Giu-đa dính vào ta cũng vậy, đặng chúng nó làm dân ta, làm danh vọng, ca tụng, vinh quang ta; nhưng chúng nó chẳng khứng nghe.
