Đ ức Giê-hô-va phán: Mọi sự nầy đều bởi tay ta làm ra, và có như vậy. Nầy là kẻ mà ta đoái đến: tức là kẻ nghèo khó, có lòng ăn năn đau đớn, nghe lời nói ta mà run.

For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the Lord: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
