Đ ức Giê-hô-va, là Đấng đã làm nên ngươi, đã gây nên ngươi từ trong lòng mẹ, và sẽ giúp đỡ ngươi, phán như vầy: Hỡi Gia-cốp, tôi tớ ta, và Giê-su-run mà ta đã chọn, đừng sợ chi;
