T rong bọn họ chẳng ai suy đi nghĩ lại, chẳng ai có sự thông biết khôn sáng mà nói rằng: Ta đã lấy phân nửa mà chụm; đã hấp bánh trên lửa than; đã quay thịt và ăn rồi; còn thừa lại, ta dùng làm một vật gớm ghiếc sao? Ta lại đi cúi mình lạy một gốc cây sao?

And none taketh it to heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire, and have also baked bread upon the coals thereof, I have roasted flesh, and eaten, and with the rest thereof shall I make an abomination? shall I bow down to a block of wood?
