N hưng Ngài sẽ dùng sự công bình xét đoán kẻ nghèo, và xử lẽ ngay thẳng cho kẻ nhu mì trên đất. Ngài sẽ đánh thế gian bằng cái gậy của mình mình, và lấy hơi thở nơi môi mà giết kẻ ác.

But with righteousness shall he judge the poor and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the spirit of his lips he shall slay the wicked.
