ậ y, con cháu chúng bèn vào nhận lấy xứ, và Chúa bắt phục trước mặt họ các dân của xứ, là dân Ca-na-an, phó dân ấy và những vua chúng nó cùng các dân tộc của xứ vào tay họ, đặng họ đãi các dân ấy theo ý mình muốn.

So their sons went into the land and took it. You gave them power over the people of the land, the Canaanites. You gave these people into their hand, with their kings and the peoples of the land, to do with them as they would.
