N hưng các quan tổng trấn đã đến nhậm trước tôi, bắt dân sự cấp dưỡng, lấy cho mình lượng thực, và rượu, trừ ra bốn mươi siếc lơ bạc; đến đỗi các đầy tớ họ cũng lấn lướt trên dân sự nữa. Nhưng tôi không có làm như vậy; vì cớ kính sợ Đức Chúa Trời.

But the former governors who were before me were supported by the people, and took bread and wine from them, besides forty shekels of silver; yes, even their servants ruled over the people: but I didn’t do so, because of the fear of God.
