V ả lại, về người ngoại bang là người chẳng thuộc về dân Y-sơ-ra-ên của Chúa, nhưng vì danh lớn Chúa, vì cánh tay quyền năng giơ thẳng ra của Ngài, họ sẽ từ xứ xa đi đến hướng về đền này mà cầu nguyện,
