II Sử Ký 36:23 ~ 2 Chronicles 36:23

S i-ru, vua Phe-rơ-sơ, nói như vầy: Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời đã ban cho ta các nước thế gian, và biểu ta xây cất cho Ngài một cái đền ở tại Giê-ru-sa-lem trong xứ Giu-đa. Trong các ngươi, phàm ai thuộc về dân sự Ngài, hãy trở lên Giê-ru-sa-lem; nguyện Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời của người ấy ở cùng người!

“Thus says Cyrus king of Persia, ‘Yahweh, the God of heaven, has given all the kingdoms of the earth to me; and he has commanded me to build him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Whoever there is among you of all his people, Yahweh his God be with him, and let him go up.’”
