H i-ram dựng những cây trụ trong hiên cửa đền thờ. Người dựng cây trụ bên hữu, và đặt tên là Gia-kin; đoạn dựng cây trụ bên tả, đặt tên là Bô-ách.

And he stood up the pillars in the porch of the temple. And when he had set up the right pillar, he called the name of it Jachin; and in standing up the left pillar, he called its name Boaz.
