а бо з ворогування вдарив його своєю рукою, а той помер, буде конче забитий той, хто вдарив, він убійник; месник за кров заб'є убійника, як спіткає його.

or out of enmity smites him with his hand so that he dies, he that smote him shall surely be put to death; for he is a murderer; the kinsman avenger of blood shall slay the murderer when he meets him.
