Я кби сотню дітей наплодив чоловік, і прожив пречисленні літа, і дні віку його були довгі, але не наситилась добрим душа його, а до того не мав би й належного похорону, то кажу: недоноскові краще від нього!...

If a man beget a hundred, and live many years, so that the days of his years be many, but his soul be not filled with good, and also he have no burial, I say an untimely birth is better than he.
