Б о промовив Господь до Мойсея: Скажи Ізраїлевим синам: Ви народ твердошиїй, якщо одну хвилину піду серед тебе, то вигублю тебе! Тож тепер здійми оздобу свою з себе, Я знатиму, що вчиню тобі.

For the Lord had said to Moses, Say to the Israelites, You are a stiff-necked people! If I should come among you for one moment, I would consume and destroy you. Now therefore leave off your ornaments, that I may know what to do with you.
