Е сли виновный заслуживает побоев, пусть судья велит положить его и бичевать в своем присутствии столько раз, сколько заслуживает его преступление,

And it shall be if the wicked man is worthy to be beaten the judge shall cause him to lie down and to be beaten in his presence, according to his fault, by a certain number.
