С ледовательно, тот, кто восстает против власти, восстает против установленного Богом, и кто так поступает, тот сам на себя навлекает суд.

Therefore he who resists and sets himself up against the authorities resists what God has appointed and arranged. And those who resist will bring down judgment upon themselves.
