П усть тот, кто соберет пепел телицы, тоже выстирает одежду. Он тоже будет нечист до вечера. Это установление будет вечным и для израильтян, и для живущих у них чужеземцев.

The one who gathers the ashes of the young cow must wash his clothes. He will be unclean until evening. This will be a Law forever to the people of Israel and to the stranger who lives among them.
