т о Владыка наведет на него большие и бурные воды Евфрата – царя Ассирии со всей его славой. Она выйдет из всех своих каналов, затопит все свои берега

So now, see, the Lord is ready to bring on them the strong and powerful waters of the Euphrates, the king of Assyria and all his greatness. It will rise up high and cause a flood.
