ч тобы учредить эти дни Пурима в должное время, как предписали иудеям иудей Мардохей и царица Есфирь, и как сами они постановили для себя и своих потомков относительно времен поста и сетования.

To confirm that these days of Purim should be observed at their appointed times, as Mordecai the Jew and Queen Esther had commanded, and as they had ordained for themselves and for their descendants in the matter of their fasts and their lamenting.
