О н велел всем, жившим в Иерусалиме и в земле Вениамина, дать такое же обещание, и жители Иерусалима стали делать то, что требовал завет с Богом, Богом их отцов.

He caused all who were found in Jerusalem and Benjamin to stand. The inhabitants of Jerusalem did according to the covenant of God, the God of their fathers.
