N af waluba ha ka dambayso kuwa amarka sare leh, waayo, amar ma jiro kan Ilaah ka yimaada mooyaane. Kuwa jirana Ilaah baa ka dhigay kuwa amar leh.

Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.
