O o kii dambaska qaalinta soo ururiyaana dharkiisa ha maydho, oo tan iyo fiidkiina nijaas buu ahaan doonaa, oo taasu waa inay reer binu Israa'iil iyo shisheeyaha la degganba u ahaataa qaynuun weligiis jira.

And he who gathers the ashes of the heifer shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until evening. This shall be to the Israelites and to the stranger who sojourns among them a perpetual statute.
