Laawiyiintii 16:19 ~ Leviticus 16:19

O o waa inuu toddoba jeer dhiigga fartiisa kula saydhaa meesha allabariga, oo waa inuu daahiriyaa, oo quduus ka dhigaa waxyaalaha nijaasta ah ee reer binu Israa'iil.

Then he shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger seven times, cleanse it, and consecrate it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.
