K an ku dilaya weli ma hortiisaad ka odhan doontaa, Anigu Ilaah baan ahay, in kastoo aad binu-aadmi tahay, Ilaahse ma tihid, adoo gacanta kan ku dilaya ku jira?

Dost thou really say, `I God,' Before him who is slaying thee? And thou man, and not God, In the hand of him who is piercing thee.
