L aakiinse reer binu Israa'iil way igu caasiyoobeen intii ay cidlada dhex joogeen. Qaynuunnadaydii kuma ay socon, oo xukummadaydiina way diideen, kuwaasoo ninkii sameeyaaba uu ku noolaanayo, oo sabtiyadaydiina si weyn bay nijaas ka dhigeen. Markaasaan idhi, Anigu waxaan korkooda ku shubi doonaa cadhadayda inta ay cidlada dhex joogaan si aan u baabbi'iyo.

But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they rejected mine ordinances, which if a man keep, he shall live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly profaned. Then I said I would pour out my wrath upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.
