M arkaasaa Daa'uud loo soo sheegay oo lagu yidhi, Rabbigu waa barakeeyey Cobeed Edoom reerkiisii, iyo wixii uu lahaa oo dhan, taasuna waa sanduuqa Ilaah aawadiis. Markaasaa Daa'uud tegey oo sanduuqii Ilaah ka soo qaaday gurigii Cobeed Edoom oo farax ku soo geliyey magaaladii Daa'uud.

¶ And it was told King David, saying, The LORD has blessed the house of Obededom and all that pertains unto him because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obededom into the city of David with gladness.
