E ntonces Dios hizo morir a los hombres de Bet-semes, porque habían mirado dentro del Arca de Jehová. Hizo morir a cincuenta mil setenta hombres del pueblo. Y lloró el pueblo, porque Jehová lo había herido con una mortandad tan grande.
