V ino David a Nob, adonde estaba el sacerdote Ahimelec; éste salió a su encuentro, sorprendido, y le preguntó: —¿Por qué estás tú solo, sin nadie que te acompañe?

Then David went to Nob, to Ahimelech the priest; and Ahimelech was afraid at meeting David, and said to him, Why are you alone and no man with you?
