L os ancianos de Galaad respondieron a Jefté: —Por esta misma causa volvemos ahora a ti, para que vengas con nosotros a pelear contra los hijos de Amón y a ser el caudillo de todos los que vivimos en Galaad.

The elders of Gilead said to Jephthah, “Therefore we have turned again to you now, that you may go with us, and fight with the children of Ammon. You will be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.”
