L uego todos los ancianos de la ciudad más cercana al lugar donde se halló el muerto lavarán sus manos sobre la becerra cuya cerviz fue quebrada en el valle,

All the leaders of that city nearest to the dead man will wash their hands over the young cow whose neck was broken in the valley.
