P ues nunca faltarán pobres en medio de la tierra; por eso yo te mando: Abrirás tu mano a tu hermano, al pobre y al menesteroso en tu tierra. Leyes sobre los esclavos

For the poor will never cease out of the land. Therefore I command you to surely open your hand to your brother, to your needy, and to your poor, in your land.
