É ste, pues, que había adquirido un campo con el salario de su iniquidad, cayó de cabeza y se reventó por la mitad, y todas sus entrañas se derramaron.

Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.
