» Si un hombre se acuesta con una sierva desposada con otro, que no ha sido rescatada ni ha recibido la libertad, ambos serán castigados, pero no morirán, por cuanto ella no es libre.

If a man lies with a woman who is a servant, promised to another man, but has not been paid for or made free, they must be punished. But they will not be put to death, because she was not free.
