D e esta manera, pues, será perdonada la iniquidad de Jacob, y éste será todo el fruto de la remoción de su pecado: que vuelva todas las piedras del altar como piedras de cal desmenuzadas, y que no se levanten más los símbolos de Asera ni las imágenes del sol.

Therefore by this shall the iniquity of Jacob be forgiven, and this is all the fruit of taking away his sin: that he maketh all the stones of the altar as chalkstones that are beaten in sunder, so that the Asherim and the sun-images shall rise no more.
