A l ver todos los de Israel que habitaban en el valle que habían huido las tropas y que Saúl y sus hijos habían muerto, dejaron sus ciudades y huyeron. Vinieron entonces los filisteos y se establecieron en ellas.

When all the men of Israel who were in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, they abandoned their cities, and fled; and the Philistines came and lived in them.
