E n aquellos días el faraón Necao, rey de Egipto, subió hacia el río Éufrates al encuentro del rey de Asiria. Contra él salió el rey Josías; pero en cuanto aquél lo vio, lo mató en Meguido.

In his days Pharaoh-nechoh king of Egypt went up against the king of Assyria to the river Euphrates: and king Josiah went against him; and he slew him at Megiddo, when he had seen him.
