C uando separó a Israel de la casa de David y ellos hicieron rey a Jeroboam hijo de Nabat, Jeroboam apartó a Israel del camino de Jehová y les hizo cometer un gran pecado.

For he rent Israel from the house of David; and they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king: and Jeroboam drave Israel from following the Lord, and made them sin a great sin.
