E ntonces David respondió a Mical: —Fue delante de Jehová, quien me eligió en preferencia a tu padre y a toda tu casa, para constituirme como príncipe sobre el pueblo de Jehová, sobre Israel. Por tanto, danzaré delante de Jehová.

Then David said unto Michal, It was before the LORD, who chose me over thy father and over all his house to appoint me prince over the people of the LORD, over Israel; therefore, I will dance before the LORD.
