V inieron, pues, todos los ancianos de Israel ante el rey en Hebrón. El rey David hizo un pacto con ellos allí delante de Jehová; y ungieron a David como rey de Israel.

So all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and King David made a covenant with them before the Lord, and they anointed king over Israel.
