E ntonces la congregación envió allá a doce mil hombres de los más valientes, y les mandaron, diciendo: Id y herid a filo de espada a los moradores de Jabés-galaad, con las mujeres y niños.

And the assembly sent thither twelve thousand men of the most valiant and commanded them, saying, Go and smite the inhabitants of Jabesh-Gilead with the edge of the sword, and the women and the children.
