E sto dijeron sus padres, porque tenían miedo a los judíos, por cuanto los judíos ya habían acordado que si alguno confesase que Jesús era el Mesías, fuera expulsado de la sinagoga.

His parents said these things because they feared the Jews, for the Jews had agreed already that if anyone confessed that He was Christ, he would be put out of the synagogue.
