A un los chacales dan la teta, y amamantan a sus cachorros; La hija de mi pueblo se ha hecho cruel como los avestruces en el desierto.

حَتَّى بَناتُ آوَى يُرضِعْنَ صِغارَهُنَّ. أمّا ابنَةُ شَعبِي فَقَدْ تَقَسَّتْ كَثِيِراً كَالنَّعامِ فِي البَرِّيَّةِ.
