S in cesar llora en la noche, y las lágrimas surcan sus mejillas. No tiene quien la consuele de entre todos sus amantes; Todos sus amigos le han traicionado, se le volvieron enemigos.

She weeps bitterly in the night, and her tears are on her cheeks. Among all her lovers (allies) she has no one to comfort her. All her friends have dealt treacherously with her; they have become her enemies.
