P or los montes levantaré llanto y gemido, y lamento por los pastizales del desierto; porque fueron incendiados hasta no quedar quien pase, ni oírse el bramido del ganado; desde las aves del cielo hasta las bestias de la tierra huyeron, y se fueron.

For the mountains I will take up a weeping and wailing and for the pastures of the wilderness a lament, because they are burned up and desolated, so that no one passes through; neither can men hear the lowing of cattle. Both the fowls of the air and the beasts have fled, they are gone!
