Y o que hago dar a luz, ¿no haré nacer?, dice Jehová. Yo que hago engendrar, ¿impediré el nacimiento?, dice tu Dios.

Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith Jehovah; I who cause to bring forth, shall I shut ? saith thy God.
