Y la verdad se echa de menos, y el que se apartó del mal fue puesto en prisión; y lo vio Jehová, y desagradó a sus ojos que no se hiciese justicia.

And the truth was taken captive; and he that departed from evil was imprisoned: and the LORD saw it, and it was displeasing in his eyes because that which is right was lost.
