Deuteronomio 18:22 ~ Deuteronomy 18:22

s i el profeta hablare en nombre de Jehová, y no se cumpliere lo que dijo, ni aconteciere, es palabra que Jehová no ha hablado; con presunción la habló el tal profeta; no tengas temor de él.

When a man who speaks for God speaks in the name of the Lord, and what he says does not come true, that word is not from the Lord. The man has spoken on his own. Do not be afraid of him.
