P edro y Juan subían juntos al templo a la hora novena, la de la oración.

وَكانَ بُطرُسُ وَيُوحَنّا ذاهِبَيْنِ إلَى ساحَةِ الهَيكَلِ فِي السّاعَةِ الثّالِثَةِ بَعدَ الظُّهْرِ، وَهَوَ وَقتُ الصَّلاةِ.
