M is ojos desfallecieron de lágrimas, se conmovieron mis entrañas, Mi hígado se derramó por tierra a causa del quebrantamiento de la hija de mi pueblo, Cuando desfallecía el niño y el que mamaba, en las plazas de la ciudad.

Caph My eyes fail with tears; my bowels are troubled; my liver is poured upon the earth, for the destruction of the daughter of my people because the children and the sucklings faint in the streets of the city.
