E ntonces dijo el rey: ¿Quién está en el patio? Y Amán había venido al patio exterior de la casa real, para hablarle al rey para que hiciese colgar a Mardoqueo en la horca que él le tenía preparada.

The king said, Who is in the court? Now Haman had just come into the outer court of the king’s palace to ask the king to hang Mordecai on the gallows he had prepared for him.
