E ntonces puso Dios en mi corazón que reuniese a los nobles y oficiales y al pueblo, para que fuesen empadronados según sus genealogías. Y hallé el libro de la genealogía de los que habían subido antes, y encontré en él escrito así:

Then my God put it into my heart to gather together the rulers, the leaders and the people to have their names written down by families. And I found the book of the family names of those who came up first. This is what I found written in it:
